Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds for purchases made on Shyft within 3 days of the transaction date. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we hold the final decision on whether a refund will be processed. We process refunds only if you are facing a genuine problem due to our error/fault/actions.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please reach out to our Dashboard Support or discord and provide the following details:

• Your API key
• The email associated with your purchase
• A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it promptly. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be completed and reflected in your payment account.
