We offer refunds for purchases made on Shyft within 3 days of the transaction date. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we hold the final decision on whether a refund will be processed. We process refunds only if you are facing a genuine problem due to our error/fault/actions.How to Request a Refund
